Foundational Class

This class is ideal for a mama looking to build their foundational strength & endurance following a pregnancy. Any mama is welcome to join regardless how recent (or not so recent) the pregnancy.

During this 7 week, small group program we will re-connect with our deep core unit, re-build strength and endurance, all the while discussing health topics pertinent to the postpartum period (trust me, you wish you knew this stuff).

Next Class begins: May 2026

Summer Sweat Series

Join me at local parks for a 45 minute full body workout that moves your body, has you meeting other amazing women, while being kid friendly - so all you have to do is show up!

These drop in classes are limited to 20 participants per class, so don’t delay and register today!

July 9th at 7 pm (Waterloo Park)

July 14th at 9:15 am (Gibson Park, Elmira)

August 10th at 7 pm (Gibson Park, Elmira)

August 13th at 9:15 am (Waterloo Park)

To Register:

  • Fill out the Google Form linked below (opens first week of July)

  • Complete attached waiver for participation

  • E-transfer or cash payment of $15 prior to, or at the beginning of class

    (an email conformation of your spot will be sent prior to the class)

Advanced Class

This class is ideal for the mama who completed the foundational program, or has been cleared through their initial assessment to join.

This 7 week program is designed to seamlessly integrate you back into the activities you love! Whether its a gym class, rock climbing, carrying multiples, or a weekend warrior, we have you covered through versatile training methods to challenge and up-level your strength.

Next Class begins: March 18, 2026

Dr.Taylor's Postpartum Fitness class is absolutely incredible!

She is so knowledgeable in how to help postpartum mommas get back into fitness. She ensures we are training correctly to not injure ourselves and help rebuild our muscles after pregnancy. She is not only hilarious, but such a great human who is also going through postpartum.

It was great to connect with other mommas on a similar journey!

Dr. Taylor's postpartum fitness class is one of the best community programs for moms.

She really builds a community with people and allows us to become more than just moms who show up, workout and leave. We connect with each other and share a common goal of wanting to better ourselves for ourselves and our families.

She is so knowledgeable and allows for many modifications and adjustments to exercises to ensure we are all met at our own capabilities!

Build up to Birth

This class is ideal for the expecting mama who is looking to learn, or maintain their current fitness level during pregnancy.

Designed specifically with you in mind, this 6 week virtual program will take you through safe & effective exercises that will build strength and stamina that is ideal to keep you, AND baby healthy. Worried that it will be too difficult to keep up - don’t fret, modifications are what makes fitness possible up to the day of delivery.

Evidence suggests that physical activity throughout pregnancy can positively impact mom and baby for a safer & healthier lifespan.
